Beloved Seniors

One of our most sensitive areas of service is supporting older adults. Many seniors face multiple challenges at the same time, including limited income, complex healthcare systems, transportation barriers, social isolation, and difficulty accessing available resources. Thy Family's team provides personalized guidance to help seniors navigate programs such as Medicaid, Medicare, long-term care services, financial assistance programs, and transportation resources. We also connect them with emotional and social support services to improve their overall well-being and quality of life. On average, we support 10–15 seniors each month through this service.
