Accomplishment #2: Connection with Public Assistance

 Our largest and most impact service is helping low-income families access public assistance programs. Many families struggle with complex applications, reclassification, required documentation, and understanding eligibility requirements. We provide one-on-one guidance throughout the entire process, from the initial application to follow-up communication and document submission. We stay connected with families until they successfully receive the benefits and support they qualify for. On average, we assist 25–30 families each month through this service.
